CRYSTAL STRUCTURE OF CODW

摘要

PURPOSE: A CodW protein crystal and a method for screening its inhibitor using the CodW protein crystal are provided to find novel antibiotic candidate of gram-positive bacteria. CONSTITUTION: A CodW protein crystal has P2^1 of space group, and a=78.1Å, b=164.4Å of unit-cell dimension. The Cods protein forms CodW protein forms dodecamer and double-doughnut-shaped.
