PURPOSE: Fabric ribbon and a manufacturing device of the fabric ribbon are provided to offer woven feeling of the fabric ribbon by thermal bonding after cutting the wide textile into narrow textile. CONSTITUTION: Fabric ribbon(10) is cut to the fabric having narrow width by a ultrasonic wave cutting machine. The selvage yarn of either edge of the fabric is finished by the heat of a heating roller. A character or a pattern(14) is engraved on an edge part by a pattern formed on an outer circumference of the heating roller in a heat fusion process of the selvage yarn.
