<p>PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a liquid crystal display device is provided to form the liquid crystal display device without increasing the number of processes. CONSTITUTION: Wires(112,113) and a plurality of reflectors(114) are formed on an insulating film. The wires are electrically connected to a thin film transistor through the insulating layer. A color filter(115) is formed on the reflectors. A transparent electrode(116) is formed on the color filter and is electrically connected to the wires. The color filter comes in contact with the insulating layer and reflectors. The transparent electrode covers the color filter and reflectors.</p> |
