<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal splitter circuit which reduces incoming noise to a cable television distribution network. <P>SOLUTION: The signal splitter circuit prepares a signal splitter (24) with an input (26) and a plurality of outputs (28, 30), and the alternative output (28) is connected to a phase shift device (32). The phase shift device (32) prepares a phase shift transformer which carries out a phase shift of 180° so that the components of the alternative output (28) become inverse, and nearly completely cancel each other when they are composed.
