FLEXIBLE NERVE PROBE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-channel type flexible nerve probe which is provided with a flexible substrate and measures a three-dimensional nerve tissue and its manufacturing method.

SOLUTION: The multi-channel type flexible nerve probe is equipped with a plurality of probe electrodes 12 tightly clamped by the flexible insulating substrate 11 and electrical wiring 16 which is connected to the electrodes 12 respectively and is tightly clamped by the flexible insulating substrate 11-1. The plurality of probe electrodes 12 comprise a plurality of probe conductors 13-15 disposed approximately in parallel to each other, and the respective probe conductors 13-15 are provided with recording pads 13-1, 14-1, 15-1 in different height positions of the probe electrodes.
