<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hands-free type computer device having throughput like a desktop computer and reduced weight. <P>SOLUTION: The hands-free computer device 1 has a user wearable section 10 to be weared by a user C and a body section 11 to be not weared by the user C, and the wearable section 10 and the body section 11 are configured to transmit/receive data by radiowaves as carrier waves. The user wearable section 10 acquires an operation signal from a peripheral device 12 weared by the user C to transmit operation data to the body section 11, and if control data for controlling the operation of the peripheral device 12 transmitted from the body section 11 is acquired, an operation control signal is generated from the control data, which is output to a corresponding peripheral device 12.
