<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carry bag belt which is convenient for traveling while mounting or hanging other bags or packages and so forth on a carry bag such as a travel bag, a suitcase, and a trunk which is made to be able to travel by two or four casters, and at the same time, to provide the carry bag belt of which the handling is easy, which has a simple structure, which is light-weight and compact, can be housed in a carry bag, and is inexpensive. <P>SOLUTION: This carry bag belt includes a belt 10 and a cylindrical cover 50. In this case, for the belt 10, an engaging section 20 which detachably joins is formed on one end section 11, and an engaging section 30 which detachably joins to the engaging section 20 is formed on the other end section 13. The cylindrical cover 50 can be fitted on a stretchable handle 41 of the carry bag 40.
