<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a coating material layer uniformly on the inner peripheral surface of a pipe by smoothly moving a lining tool all over the length of a pipe line. <P>SOLUTION: The tool for lining the inside of a pipe comprises a coating material spray helping tool 1 charged into the pipe having negative pressure formed by a suction device connected to the down stream end part of the pipe P subsequently after a coating material L is charged from the upstream end part of the pipe P and a wire 2 joined to the coating material spray helping tool 1 and run out and adjusted while imparting resistance to the suction force of the suction device. The coating material spray helping tool 1 is formed from a base material having stiffness into a hollow spherical body 1a having smaller diameter than the diameter of the pipe, wherein a joined part 3 joined to the wire 2 is provided at a local area of the hollow spherical body 1a and a plurality of opining parts 4 communicating with in the inside direction toward the joined part 3 as a center. An air flow flowing in from the opening parts 4 by the charge into the pipe is received by the inside of the hollow spherical body 1a to be moved to the down stream side of the inside of the pipe and the coating material is sprayed on the whole spherical surface of the inside of the pipe by the air flow blowing through a gap G produced between the hollow spherical body 1a and the inner peripheral wall of the pipe. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
