PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crew information acquisition device and a crew information acquisition system which acquire medical information when medical information on crew is updated, do not perform useless communication, and adequately acquire necessary medical information while reducing the number of communication times, and a vehicle controller and a vehicle control system using the same.

SOLUTION: The crew information acquisition device 40 for acquiring information about the vehicle crew is provided with: a medical institution detecting means 10 for detecting that a vehicle 70 is near a medical institution 90; a get-on detecting means 20 for detecting that the crew get on the vehicle when it is detected by the medical institution detecting means that the vehicle is near the medical institution; and a medical information acquisition means 30 for acquiring the medical information on the crew when it is detected by the get-on detecting means that the crew get on the vehicle.
