<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous centrifugal crusher/dehydrator of an energy-saving type with low power-consumption that is not incapacitated by the entwinement of a fibrous substance, can crush and dehydrate vegetable scraps by one machine, and can drain water from vegetable cuttings when its crusher knife is dismounted therefrom. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The power consumption is reduced by reducing the friction of a dehydrated material by forming a dehydration basket and a scraping screw vane each into a reduced shape. Upon rotating the continuous centrifugal crusher/dehydrator, the high-speed rotation of its crusher knife and the differential rotation of its dehydration basket and its scraping screw are possible by causing its three driven shafts each rotating in a different manner to rotate using one variable speed driving shaft or with another variable speed driving shaft co-rotating without slipping.
