摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase cooling water circulating flow amount in a molten corium holding device. SOLUTION: Cooling channel 11 is arranged radially on a pedestal floor 7 under the reactor pressure vessel. The heat transfer surface of the cooling channel 11 is tilted. The lower part of the cooling channel 11 is connected to a water supply vessel 10, and the upper part of the cooling channel 11 is opened. The water supply vessel 10 is connected to a water supply channel 9 for supplying the cooling water. The other end of the water supply channel 9 is opened in the same space as the opening of the cooling channel 11. A natural circulation channel is formed of the water supply channel 9, the cooling channel 11, a perpendicular channel 12, and a water supply channel horizontal part 15 for interconnecting them.
