<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric apparatus having a component whose operation amount or usage history can be detected or operated and executing a predetermined function in response to an accepted execution instruction, the electric apparatus capable of previously preventing a user having unauthorized purposes from giving an instruction relating to the detection or operation of the operation amount of the component or the usage history thereof or a setting instruction relating to the setting of the execution of the function, and to provide an electric apparatus system. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The electric apparatus includes an operation panel 16 for accepting the execution instruction, and a remote controller 2 for accepting the instruction relating the detection or operation of the operation amount of the component or the usage history, or the setting instruction relating to the execution of the function, so that the only the remote controller 2 can accept the instruction or the setting instruction, and the operation of the remote controller 2 is limited to, for example, a manager.
