PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical high pressure cutout in which capturing of a lid body by a tool, or the like, is made easier by preventing the lid body desorbed from a loading port from moving in unintended directions due to effects, such as wind, and which can improve workability when the lid body is fitted back to the loading port. SOLUTION: This is the cylindrical high pressure cutout equipped with a cutout body having, at the lower part thereof, the loading port on which a fuse cylinder is loaded, the lid body attachable and detachable to and from the loading port, and a connecting body which connects the cutout body and the lid body.
