<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated circuit including a data driver circuit and having simplified structure. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This integrated circuit device 10 includes the data driver circuit. A data driver 550 includes a first data latch circuit DTLH having K storage elements. In a second mode, the K-th storage element among K storage elements of the first data latch circuit holds a third color component gradation data B of the K-th bit which is the most significant bit in one gradation data of the third color component, and simultaneously the (K-1)-th storage element among the K storage elements of the first data latch circuit holds a second color component gradation data G of the K-th bit which is the most significant bit in one gradation data of the second color component. Simultaneously, the (K-2)-th storage element among the K storage elements of the first data latch circuit holds a first color component gradation data R of the K-th bit which is the most significant bit in one gradation data of the first color component.
