<p>An air-conditioning device (1) is provided with a main refrigerant piping (11) that constitutes a refrigerant circuit (10) and with a bypass piping (12) that is connected to the main refrigerant piping (11) and whereon electrical equipment (63) is mounted. Bypass control valve (14) blocks passage of refrigerant in the bypass piping (12) during a cooling operation, while allowing the passage of refrigerant during a heating operation, and allowing heat exchange between the electrical equipment (63) and refrigerant passing through the refrigerant circuit (10) only during the heating operation.</p> |
