The invention provides a powder coating composition prepared from a combination, the combination comprising: A) at least one binder resin and, optionally at least one curing agent, B) at least one calibrated pigmented liquid, based on at least one pigment, and, C) optionally, at least one pigment and/or extenders and/or additive. The powder coating composition of the invention provides a precise colour of the coatings having a desired colour with high colour stability. Therefore there is no need for additional adjustment tests or re-working procedures, and, therefore, it makes it possible to offer efficient, small-batch manufacture of custom colours, for example, to match a swatch of fabric supplied by a customer.
