<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment tool for an endoscope which can improve operatability by reducing slide resistance of an operation wire in a coil pipe without coating the operation wire causing various disadvantages and which can be remarkably easily stably manufactured and a method for manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: A solution of a synthetic resin having lubricating property is injected into a densely wound coil pipe 1 while keeping the densely wound coil pipe 1 formed in a pipe shape without gaps by winding a metal wire material in a straight condition, and the whole inner surface of the densely wound coil pipe 1 is coated with a covering film 9 of the synthetic resin sticking to and remaining on the inner surface of the densely wound coil pipe 1 by heating the densely wound coil panel 1 after flowing out the solution accumulated in the densely wound coil pipe 1, to use as a flexible sheath for passing the operation wire 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
