METHOD FOR PRODUCING FOOD FILLED IN SPOUT-ATTACHED PACKAGING CONTAINER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing food filled in a spout-attached packaging container whose spout part has not so high gas-barrier properties while a container body most widely used industrially has gas-barrier properties, so as to slightly cause deterioration in quality due to oxygen even when stored for a long term.

SOLUTION: The method for producing food filled in a spout-attached packaging container includes a heat sterilization treatment where food is filled in a spout-attached packaging container, the container is placed so as to be disposed at a position higher than the filled food and drink, and the food is subjected to heat sterilization.
