摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dye-sensitized solar battery having a high fill factor and high conversion efficiency by reducing charge transport resistance inside a porous semiconductor layer, and to provide its manufacturing method and a dye-sensitized solar battery module. <P>SOLUTION: The dye-sensitized solar battery includes a first counter electrode base board 104 made of a translucent conductive layer 102 and a translucent catalyst layer 103 put on a first translucent base board 101, a second counter electrode base board 108 made of a conductive layer 106 and a catalyst layer 105 put on a second base board 107, a porous semiconductor electrode sheet 111 which consists of a conductive sheet 109 and a porous semiconductor sheet 110 with dye absorbed in the conductive sheet, and an electrolyte sheet 112. The first counter electrode base board and the second counter electrode base board function as identical poles and are faced with each other, and the porous semiconductor electrode sheet is arranged between the first counter electrode base board and the second counter electrode base board functioning as hetero poles, and the porous semiconductor layer is formed at least at the translucent catalyst layer and a region facing the catalyst layer at both sides of the conductive sheet. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
