<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a throwaway safety syringe that achieves all the basic necessary functions to simplify operation steps, select simple components for reducing its manufacture costs, ensure safety and needs to protection, and prevent the syringe from recycling. <P>SOLUTION: The syringe comprises an outer tube 1, an inner tube 2 and a piston rod 4. Of them, the outer tube 1 is a hollow tubular body provided with an opening at both its ends, first and second outlets 11 and 12, the first outlet 11 having a protrusion 13 at its outer fringe and an inner teeth unit 14 at its inner fringe. The inner tube 2, also a hollow tubular body provided with first and second openings 21 and 22 combined with the inner fringe of the outer tube 1, is provided with a protrusion 23 at the second opening 22, an outer teeth unit 24 corresponding to and engaging with the inner teeth unit 14 at the outer fringe, a destruction guide groove 25 at the outer fringe and a connection body 26 at the end of destruction guide groove 25 close to the second opening 22, the inner tube 2 being connected with the inner wall of the outer tube 1 by means of the connection body 26.
