<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable information terminal, detection device, positional information management system, and positional information management method, in which the entire device can be easily configured and position detection can be performed surely. <P>SOLUTION: The portable information terminal 100 comprises: a light transmission means 150 for transmitting the signals containing terminal identification information being specific identification information via a carrying medium; a receiving means for receiving the terminal identification information, detection device identification information, and a relative position of the portable information terminal 100 in a detection area; and a transmission means for transmitting the terminal identification information, the detection device identification information, and the relative positional information, to a positional information management device 300. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
