<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of encoding moving picture in a moving picture encoding system using two or more reference pictures. <P>SOLUTION: In a method of encoding interlace moving picture into frame picture having frame/field macroblocks, a reference picture index of a frame macroblock in macroblock level is determined by determining a reference picture index for each unit frame in picture (or slice) level and allocating low order indexes and high order indexes to a top reference field and a bottom reference field, respectively while sequentially accessing to reference frames according to the order of the reference picture indexes for respective unit frames. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
