摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a temperature comparable to a temperature of a bottom plate 33 without fixating a temperature sensor on a bottom plate 33 of a pan 30. <P>SOLUTION: A side plate sensor 39 penetrates an outer layer 35 of a side plate 34 of a pan 30 to contact with an intermediate layer 36. The outer layer 35 is induction-heated based on oscillation of an IH coil, and heat of the outer layer 35 is transferred to an inner layer 37 through the intermediate layer 36. The intermediate layer 36 is formed of a material having a higher thermal conductivity than the outer layer 35, and has a more uniform temperature distribution than the outer layer 35. Since the temperature of the intermediate layer 36 is detected by the side plate sensor 39, a temperature approximate to a temperature of the bottom plate 33 of a vessel portion 31 can be detected as a temperature of the pan 30 without fixating a temperature sensor on the bottom plate 33. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p>
