<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stable connection property even when a distortion or curvature in a connection surface of a connection subject or a variance in the height of a terminal in the connection subject exists. <P>SOLUTION: A sheet member 300 is provided with a plurality of conductors 320 which are formed on a first portion 311 on one surface 313a of an insulation film 313 and a plurality of reinforcement members 314 which are formed in a position which is on another surface 313b and only where a plurality of conductors 320 are formed. By suppressing the stretching/shrinking of the first portion 311 on which the conductors 320 are formed and relatively increasing the stretching/shrinking ratio in a second portion 312, the sheet member 300 is deformed corresponding to the connection surface of the connection subject and the conductor 320 and the connection subject can be surely connected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
