<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a database creation system and a database creation method for creating a related facility database from which facility information to be recommended as a next destination can be extracted. <P>SOLUTION: A CPU 11 of an information distribution center 3 extracts, if the related facility information is received from a navigation device 2, the following: "exit IC information" pertaining to an exit IC; "destination facility information" for a destination reached; "departure date/time information" created when departing the destination; and "next destination facility information", and then stores such information into a related facility database 18 as "data for statistical processing". Statistical processing of "the data for statistical processing" from a fixed period stored in the related facility database 18 is then performed for each factor, namely, "the exit IC information", "the destination facility information", "the departure date/time information", to generate "next destination facility information".
