SOLUTION: The phenol resin foam laminated sheet is manufactured by using a woven cloth or a non-woven cloth formed of flat yarn having a flatness ratio of 2-5, and having a basis weight of 5 g/m<SP>2</SP>-60 g/m<SP>2</SP>as the face material.
