PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biaxially oriented polyethylene terephthalate resin film suitable for the base film of a laminate. SOLUTION: The biaxially oriented polyethylene terephthalate resin film meets the following requirements: (1) the average warpage height at four corners of a specimen of 300 mm in the longitudinal direction of film making and 210 mm in the width direction perpendicular to the direction when it is heat-treated at 150°C for 30 min is 0.5-5.0 mm and (2) HS150 in the longitudinal direction is≥0.50% and <0.80%.
