PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain light weight of a metallic member provided with an outward flange part such as a support flange 7b on an outer peripheral surface as a hub body 9b and a bearing member such as an outer ring while ensuring performance required regarding bending rigidity or the like. SOLUTION: The support flange 7b is constituted by a plurality of radial arm parts 19b, 19b. One surface of the respective radial arm parts 19b, 19b is made to a joint surface abutted on a partner member, and the other surface is made to an opposite joint surface for abutting an inner surface of a head part of a bolt for bonding the respective radial arm parts 19b, 19b to the partner member. Width W, w regarding a circumferential direction of the respective radial arm parts 19b, 19b is made narrow at the opposite joint surface side and is made wide at the joint surface side. The thickness dimension T of the respective radial arm parts 19b, 19b can be ensured without increasing the weight by the degree that excessive part of width dimension w at the opposite joint surface side is eliminated to solve the above problem.
