PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headrest in which speakers having good sound performance can be attached inside. SOLUTION: The headrest comprises a support member 10 for supporting the back of the head of a person sitting on a seat and a cover member 20 attached to the back side of the support member 10. Box-like housings 32 and 42, and the speakers 30 and 40 are attached inside the cover member 20. The speakers 30 and 40 have sound output parts 34 and 44 attached to the housings 32 and 42. Open parts 36 and 46 are formed in side walls of the housings 32 and 42 so as to communicate with inside and outside. The housings 32 and 42 are attached to the inner face of the cover member 20 so that the open parts 36 and 46 may be closed by the inner face of the cover member 20. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
