PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To wash an endoscope immediately after it is used on the basis of the using condition of the endoscope, to save power and to reduce the degradation of a disinfectant solution. SOLUTION: The endoscope washer management system comprises an endoscope processor, an endoscope washer, and a washing management server. The washing management server communicates with the endoscope processor and the endoscope washer, and the endoscope processor transmits inspection progress information indicating the progress condition in an endoscope inspection to the washing management server. The washing management server estimates the washer use predicted time to set a used endoscope to the washer for washing in the washer on the basis of the inspection progress information, calculates the washer activation time in prescribed time before the estimated washer use predicted time, and performs control so as to turn off the washer or turn it to a sleep mode when the washer stands by and to activate the washer at the washer activation time when performing washing work.
