<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate an internal combustion engine efficiently as far as possible, without depending on a mixing rate of two kinds of fuel for composing mixed fuel to be used. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This fuel supply system has a detecting means 14 for generating output corresponding to respective including rates of the two kinds of fuel for composing the mixed fuel stored in a mixed fuel storage tank 2, a detecting means 15 for generating output corresponding to a residual quantity of respective kinds of fuels in a separated fuel storage tank 3 for storing the two kinds of fuels separated from the mixed fuel, and a fuel supply control means 21 for controlling respective supply quantities of the two kinds of fuels to the internal combustion engine so that respective supply rates of the two kinds of fuels to the internal combustion engine 4 are changed in response to the output of the detecting means 14 and 15.
