<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection device capable of precisely detecting a liquid-feed state by a simple construction. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The inspection device includes an imaging means with a plurality of pixels arranged in the same direction as a direction where liquid flows in a passage, an image storing means for storing a plurality of pieces of image information photographed by the imaging means at predetermined time intervals, and an image processing means for detecting the head position of liquid by image-processing image information stored in the image storing means.
