<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for saving power of reception situation investigation of terrestrial digital broadcasting. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The broadcast reception situation investigation support device 1 is provided with: a measurement condition input means 11 for inputting a measurement object relay station for receiving terrestrial digital broadcasting and an examination point; a measuring instrument control means 12 for transmitting a measurement command to an ISDB-T (Integrated Services of Digital Broadcasting Terrestrial) signal analyzer 2 and receiving a measurement result; a storage means for storing a relay station position 24 of the terrestrial digital broadcasting and a delay adjustment amount 25; a distance calculating means 22 for calculating an inter-point distances between an SFN (Single Frequency Network) station and an examination point on the basis of a position of the SFN station comprising the SFN together with the measurement object relay station and an examination point position; a delay time calculating means 23 for calculating a delay time of the terrestrial digital broadcast wave at the SFN station on the basis of the inter-point distance and the delay adjustment amount; a report creating means 32 for creating a measurement result file writing the measurement condition and a measurement result to store it as a report; and a display means 40 for displaying the measurement result, the delay time, and the report.
