<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost by reducing the number of components and rationalize a construction by facilitating fixing work of top board mounting pieces, the top , and top board caps. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The mounting structure of the top board 3 is so formed that horizontal support crosspieces 2 are aligned at a certain interval apart in the right/left direction C, top board mount pieces 15 for mounting the end portions 3a of the top board 3 are integrally provided on the opposite side faces of the adjoining support crosspieces 2; wherein each top board mount piece 15 is provided with at least a locking groove 5 opened to the front A, the top board cap 4 for covering the front edge 3b of the top board 3 and projecting pieces 6 projecting backward B in the top board cap 4; and the top board mount piece 15, the projecting pieces 6 and the end portion 3a of the top board 3 are fixed and connected by a fixture 7 with the projecting pieces 6 of the top board cap 4 inserted into and locked to the locking grooves 5 of the top board mount piece 15.
