PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microphone device capable of efficiently attenuating restoration force generated by the movement of a base part and capable of suppressing the generation of vibrations. SOLUTION: A weight part 21 is provided on the outer periphery of the base part 20 where a microphone 30 is installed; a support leg 5 to be grounded on an installation surface T is provided on the inner side of the weight part 21; and the supporting point of the support leg 5 is disposed at a position above the centroid position of the base part 20 including the microphone 30.
