PURPOSE: A device for manufacturing a heat shrinkage film is provided to increase economical efficiency by reducing manufacturing cost, and to offer good tensile force and surface printability. CONSTITUTION: A device for manufacturing a heat shrinkage film comprises the followings: an extruder(10) extruding different materials; a stack die(11) molding the melted raw material to a tube shape; a size-ring(12) guiding the molded tube with a proper diameter; a pressure roller(30,31) transferring the tube after moving the tube to an upper inlet of a frame(21); a pre-heating part(40) preheating the tube; a molding oven(50) expanding the preheated tube with the internal pressure; a plurality of cooling air rings(60); a side cutter diving either end of the tube to a film; a winding unit(80) winding two films on a bobbin; a turn-table(90) supporting the frame; and a rotating unit(100) rotating the turn-table.
