<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass run and a seal structure of a vehicle door, capable of improving design, ease of manufacturing, ease of attachment, and attachment stability. <P>SOLUTION: The glass run 5 includes a roughly U-shaped body part 11 in cross section, having a base bottom portion 14 and sidewall portions 15, 16 extending from the base bottom portion 14, and seal lips 12, 13 extending in an inside of the body part 11 from roughly front ends of each of the sidewall parts 15, 16. The entire range in the longitudinal direction is formed by extrusion molding. A frame corresponding part upper than a belt line of the glass run 5 includes design lips 17, 18 extending to the outside of the body part 11 from each of the sidewall portions 15, 16, and is attached to a sash part DS provided along an outer periphery of a window part by sandwiching flange portions 55, 56 of the sash part DS between each of the design lips 17, 18, and the sidewall portions 15, 16, respectively.
