<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power steering device which is capable of achieving energy saving, preventing the assist force of a power cylinder from being reduced even when the temperature is low as in the winter, and preventing an operator's steering force from being increased, and having a good steering feeling. <P>SOLUTION: A control device 50 prepares the pressure compensation value which is increased according to the drop of the temperature of the working fluid based on the signal of indicating the temperature of the working fluid received from a working fluid temperature sensor 41. The pressure compensation value is the value corresponding to the flow pressure loss attributable to the viscosity of the working fluid. The pressure command is prepared by adding the absolute value ABS (CAP-CBP) of the differential pressure between the pressure CAP of a first chamber CA of a power cylinder 6 and the pressure CBP of a second chamber CB, and the pressure compensation value. The pressure command is prepared by compensating the flow pressure loss attributable to the increase in the viscosity by the pressure compensation value, and the steering feeling does not become heavy during a cold condition or the like. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
