<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personal digital assistant, a method and a program for superimposing and displaying a corresponding alternative object instead of an original object to be viewed. <P>SOLUTION: The personal digital assistant 10 stores alternative object data showing the alternative object corresponding to the original object to be viewed that is included in a medium 11 and alternative object display position data showing a display position of the alternative object in a storage means 102 after relating them to each other. An original object position acquiring means 101 acquires original object position data showing a position of the original object in the medium 11 that is superposed and printed on the original object in the medium 11.
