<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a design optimization method materializing optimum design efficiently satisfying a predetermined target function with less calculation by using quality engineering. <P>SOLUTION: In a door panel comprising an outer panel and reinforcing materials, a plurality of displacements and loads are obtained (S4 to 6) as a signal factor (input) and a characteristic value (output) in quality engineering from a load-displacement curve (S1) indicating the rigidity of the door, and using the obtained signal factor and the characteristic value, a conditional expression of the load-displacement curve is generated (S14) based on a factor effect of a design variable to a primary coefficient and a secondary coefficient (S11) obtained by a direct product experiment of an orthogonal table and its additivity and the characteristic value is tuned (S15) to a target value so as to satisfy the conditional expression. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
