<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow sure connection of a lead terminal of a sheet metal with terminal to a substrate by soldering, with a simple design change. <P>SOLUTION: At tip portions of a plurality of lead terminals 12 extended linearly, connection parts 16 connected by soldering to a plating through-hole 35 of a wiring substrate 3 are connected with a connecting part 19. The connecting part 19 is connected by soldering to the plating through-hole 35 of the wiring substrate 3 as well. During a soldering operation, the lead terminal 12 increases an area for absorbing heat in contacting with a solder 17, thus receiving more heat value from the solder 17. As a result, only by changing the design of the shape of the lead terminal 12, the solder 17 at the connection part 16 and the connecting part 19 becomes easy to fit, and further, the excellent solder wicking from the connection part 16 and the connecting part 19 is achieved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
