<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a lithographic printing plate which exhibits safe and superior developability and a processing capacity and is enabled in one-component processing. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the lithographic printing plate comprises processes of: image-exposing a nega-type lithographic printing plate precursor having an image recording layer which comprises a sensitizing dye (i), a photopolymerization initiator (ii), an addition-polymerizable compound having an ethylenically unsaturated double bond (iii) and a binder polymer (iv) on a hydrophilic base; and subsequently, treating the exposed original plate with an aqueous solution containing carbonate ions, hydrogen carbonate ions and a water-soluble polymer compound. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
