<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressing spring capable of reducing a required space, capable of saving time and labor for arrangement, and capable of obtaining in-plane distribution having large pressing force without increasing a number of components. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the pressing spring 1, a number of wave-like parts and a wavelength of a crest part are adjusted in regions 11-13. In the region 11, the wave-like part having a crest part 11A and a trough part 11B is formed for one crest, and a length of the one crest part is L. In the region 12, the wave-like part having a crest part 12A and a trough part 12B is formed for two crests, and the length of the one crest part is (1/2)L. In the region 13, the wave-like part having a crest part 13A and a trough part 13B is formed for three crests, and the wavelength of the one crest is (1/3)L.
