<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel sheet which is excellent in both of punching workability and corrosion resistance, permits omission of beveling process for deburring, and attains the level to make the excellent punching workability obtainable. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The steel sheet composed of an αFe phase is either one or both of ≥20 to ≤99% in [222] plane integration degree S of the αFe phase with respect to the steel sheet surface or 0.01 to 20% in [200] plane integration degree P with respect to the steel sheet surface, and letting the maximum value of the Al concentration from the surface of the steel sheet surface down to 1/8 thickness be A<SB>1/8t</SB>(mass%), the minimum thickness of the Al concentration from the 1/8 thickness down to 1/2 thickness be A<SB>1/2t</SB>(mass%), the concentration difference between A<SB>1/8t</SB>and A<SB>1/2t</SB>is ΔA=A<SB>1/8t</SB>-A<SB>1/2t</SB>, A<SB>1/8t</SB>is ≥0.5 to ≤10 mass%, and ΔA is 0.3 mass% and over.
