<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an inorganic foam-molded material which is superior in fireproofness, incombustibility light weightness, heat insulation and toughness, simply at a low cost. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing the inorganic foam-molded material, 10-20 vol.% of a siloxane and silanol salt multi-molecular weight solution is admixed and kneaded with a perlite having a closed cell structure formed by baking and foaming an obsidian, an apparent specific gravity of 0.05-0.15 and an average particle size of 0.1-3.0 mm, to form a molding raw material, and then the molding raw material is injected into a female mold in an injection process, is furthermore subjected to a preliminary molding by pressurizing with filling pressurizing lid in a molding process, then is heated at a temperature of 150-300°C, to form the inorganic foam-molded material in a heating process, and then is released from the mold.
