<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate holding member for a glow plug integral type combustion pressure sensor, a glow plug integral type combustion pressure sensor using it, and a glow plug with a combustion pressure sensor capable of comparatively reducing a possibility of causing damage to an electric route for electrically drawing out a pressure sensitive element to an exterior, and capable of comparatively improving reliability. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The pressure sensitive element 11 is fixed to an end of a wiring substrate 12. A conductor pattern 13 and the pressure sensitive element 11 of the wiring substrate 12 are electrically connected by a bonding wire 14. The substrate holding member 400 is formed like a tube wherein an outer shape is substantially circular and an inner side is rectangular, a periphery of the bonding wire 14 is covered by providing an interval with the boding wire 14, and the wiring substrate 12 is held in a side wall portion by an inner wall part facing the inner side.
