<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal combustion engine controller in which variation in revolution speed of an internal combustion engine is curbed in performing blow-by gas processing. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An electronic controller 30 is equipped with a blow-by gas pathway 22 for recirculating to an intake pathway 13 a blow-by gas flowing from a combustion chamber 12 to a crank chamber 20 and an electrically-driven PVC valve 23 for controlling gas flow in the blow-by gas pathway 22.
