PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cowl panel fixing structure of a vehicle capable of enhancing appearance by stabilizing a parting width generated between a cowl panel constituting a design surface of a panel part and a vehicle body panel part adjacent to the cowl panel. SOLUTION: Vehicle width direction both ends of a metal cowl panel 7 constituting the design surface of the cowl part form an acceptance surface 4a one step below the design surface of the metal cowl panel 7 along a parting line between both the panels 4, 7 in the fender panel 4 as a fixing structure of the metal cowl panel 7 of the vehicle surrounded by three parts, which are a front pillar, a fender panel 4, and a front hood. A separate cowl bracket 15 is fixed at the vehicle width direction both ends of the metal cowl panel 7. The metal cowl panel 7 is engaged and fixed through the cowl bracket 15 while its position is regulated with respect to the acceptance surface 4a of the fender panel 4 in a vehicle anteroposterior direction, longitudinal direction, and lateral direction.
