摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to determine an optimal brake command and ensure favorable stop position accuracy even when as the brake characteristics of a train, there are a braking force increasing characteristic associated with speed reduction and a braking force hysteresis characteristic against increase/decrease in brake command and further these characteristics vary. Ž<P>SOLUTION: It is determined whether or not a train 2 has passed a brake start position by a train control device 8a based on ground unit detection information obtained at a ground unit detector 6. When the train 2 has passed the brake start position, an optimal brake command is generated in accordance with a brake characteristic model registered beforehand and the ground unit detection information and speed information obtained at the ground unit detector 6 and a speed detector 7.
