METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR USING API-BASED IPTV SERVICE

There is a need for a method and apparatus for controlling an IPTV service relay in a device using IPTV service.  Disclosed are, therefore, APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) used for a first device using IPTV service to be able to access IPTV service relayed via a second device which is included in the same residential network as the first device.
